1. Overview
This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds and cancellations for all services offered by Planets Development (“we,” “us,” “our”) on planetsdevelopment.com. By engaging our services, you agree to this Policy.
2. Payment Structure
All services follow a three-stage payment schedule:
- Initial Ticket-Booking Fee
A non-refundable fee of ₹1,000–₹3,000 (depending on service) to submit a request, validate project feasibility, and confirm availability. - Advance Payment
50% of the total project fee, due upon proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) acceptance. - Final Payment
Remaining 50% of the total project fee, due upon project completion.
3. Service-Specific Refund Rules
3.1 Landing Page Development
- Ticket-Booking Fee: ₹1,000 non-refundable.
- Required to reserve project slot and commence specification review.
- No refunds under any circumstances.
- Service Guarantee: We will deliver a fully functional landing page meeting the specifications agreed in the SOW.
- Cancellation: Not permitted after payment. Once booked and paid, development proceeds to completion.
3.2 Automated Business Workflow
- Ticket-Booking Fee: ₹1,000 non-refundable.
- Charged to assess feasibility and confirm capacity.
- If we cannot develop your workflow due to technical infeasibility or capacity constraints, we will refund the ₹1,000 fee.
- If feasible and capacity allows, the fee is applied toward your total project cost.
- Proposal Cancellation or Overcapacity Rejection: If you decline the proposal/SOW or we must reject your request due to workload, the ₹1,000 fee is refunded.
- No Further Refunds: Once the advance is paid and the SOW accepted, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
3.3 WordPress Website Development
- Ticket-Booking Fee: ₹2,500 non-refundable.
- Charged to evaluate eligibility and confirm delivery capacity.
- If deemed ineligible or if we cannot accommodate due to workload, the ₹2,500 fee is refunded.
- If eligible and capacity allows, the fee is applied toward your total project cost.
- Proposal or SOW Rejection: If you do not accept the proposal/SOW or if we must reject due to capacity, the ₹2,500 fee is refunded.
- No Further Refunds: Once the advance is paid and the SOW accepted, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
3.4 Content Creation Services
(Outsourced to Digitonest International Private Limited)
- Ticket-Booking Fee: ₹3,000 non-refundable.
- Charged to assess scope, review requirements, and confirm capacity.
- If we cannot provide content services due to scope or capacity, the ₹3,000 fee is refunded.
- If approved and capacity allows, the fee is applied toward your total project cost.
- Proposal Rejection or Overcapacity: If you decline the proposal/SOW or if we must reject due to workload, the ₹3,000 fee is refunded.
- No Further Refunds: Once the advance is paid and the SOW accepted, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
4. Limits on Cancellations and Refund Requests
- No Cancellation After Proposal Acceptance: Once you accept a proposal and pay the advance, no refunds or cancellations are permitted for any service.
- Design or Development Concerns: Prior to advance payment, we clarify functionality, layout, and internal mechanisms. For landing pages, a fully functional page (not a demo) reflecting final design will be delivered. For other services, initial feasibility mock-ups are shared. Any dissatisfaction beyond agreed scope does not qualify for refunds.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds of ticket-booking fees are processed within 7 business days of eligibility determination, proposal rejection, or capacity-based rejection.
- All refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
6. Exceptions and Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
